基于SGML的电子公文标准化研究与实现

RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF STANDARD SGML GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT

摘要: 文中通过对现有国家行政机关公文处理流程的研究，提出并具体实现了一个基于ＳＧＭＬ的电子公文标准．按照国家有关规定制定了一个电子公文的ＳＧＭＬ文件类型定义（ＤＴＤ），设计了一个电子公文的ＳＧＭＬ模板，并开发了一个带有语法制导功能的ＳＧＭＬ公文编辑器，对生成的ＳＧＭＬ格式公文还提供了转换器，实现了网上电子公文的标准化

Abstract: A SGML standard for government document is given. It contains a SGML,DTD （Document Type Definition ）, a SGML document editor, and some SGML document templates based on national standard. It also supplies a translator ,which can translate the SGML document into Founder Wordmate, text and HTML document type. This gives the government document a easy way to connect with Internet and Intranet.
