Abstract: This paper presents a Neural Network Based Intelligent Evaluation and Decision Expert System, based on the research of modern intelligent evaluation and decisionexpert systems.and neural networks. It has not only characters of expert systems, butalso abilities of neural networks. It can obtain both normal and experimental knowledgein problem domain, and has got fine results in application.
