Abstract: Web Service provides an effective solution for the interoperability and integration of heterogeneous applications However, most Web Service platforms can only handle SOAP messages, without considering the common problems such as multi binding of SOAP, Web Service security, and integration of various implementations Therefore a layered Web Service suntime platform is brought forward and implemented By abstracting a runtime object to complete the common disposal of Web Service, designing a configurable and extensible process chain to adapt to the alteration of processing requirements, and providing a uniform mechanism to integrate different implementation of Web Services, this platform will become the crucial basis to support applications based on Web Service
