Abstract: Within the earth,space,environmental and meteorology sciences today, global data visualization is often a problem Because the earth is a sphere unspread, a flat vector visualization produces some errors In this paper, the problems of the flat vector visualization are analyzed, and a vector display method based on cartography and in the sphere coordinate system is proposed and a formula is derived Experiments are conducted and the formula is proved to be right The new method can result in better vector display
