Abstract: The weakness of the traditional software evaluating process is first analyzed, and a more practicable process model for software evaluation is brought forward. and then a complete software quality evaluating system is introduced, which is based on the software metrics and quality predicting models, and which uses the predicting model adjusting technique, based on user history information library, as the optimizing approach. Finally, the rationality and validity of this system are verified through experiments.
