Abstract: The implementation of the UNIX tip commandbased communications linking among heterogeneous systems is discussed. The analysis of tip is emphatically done after a brief introduction to current situations on LAN products. The enhancement of tip is proposed. Finally the global implementation for UNIX tin-centered network is described.
