Abstract: The resolving process of current DNS is analyzed, and an advanced ADV DNS design module is proposed to overcome the defect existing in resolving the inquirement of “quasi homo domain” class in current DNS. Based on the current DNS, a broadcast ADV message is added. The upper name server periodically broadcasts all upper name servers’ and its own domain/address to its immediate down stream lower name servers, so that the resolving process can be done in a relatively small domain. It can also reduce the traffic of international line.
