RUNTIME INCREMENTAL CONCENTRATED SCHEDULING ON NOW AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION

A method of runtime incremental concentrated scheduling on NOW （NRICS in short） is proposed and realized, which has four important characteristics: runtime scheduling, incremental scheduling, concentrated scheduling, and exchanging loads among nodes parallelly. With this method, the load imbalance in one phase can be improved and corrected in the next phase, so the loads of all nodes can be continuously trending to balance. NRICS has good scalability. Some experimental results are also given.
