A DISTRIBUTED SERVICE LEVEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MODEL AND IMPLEMENTATION

In order to manage end to end application service, service availability, and service performance in Internet domain so as to assure the better network service, a distributed service level management system model is presented. It can realize service level management’s requirement across different administrative domain and use XML based contract text （SlaXML） to describe service level agreement information. It can provide more flexibility and extensibility for the service systems.
