On the Design and Implementation of Inference Unit in NDPIS

This paper gives the analysis of the inference units (IU for abbr) execution process and the approaches to ts implementation. The inference units are important constituents of the KLND-ENGINE which is theexecution part in he parallel inference system NDPIS. They make it possible, by inter-pretation, to execute base-instructions on onventional machines. They also support theKLND-level debugging.
