A General Knowledge-Based System

This paper presents a general knowledge system based on the hierarchical knowledge structures and principles of knowledge-based pattern recognition and reasoning. The Knowledge representation, knowledge-base generation, data structures, knowledge seeking and utilization for the system are discussed.
