The Extension of the Functions for Lotus-123——Table Line Processing Marcocommand

The Lotus-123 software has been widely used in IBM-PC and their compatibles.When it is used in Chinese data processing,the special table charaters(─,│,┌,┐,…)are generally required in order to build table lines.To insert these characters into the work sheet is an elaborate task,besides it not only affects sorting and graphing,but also occupies more memory space.This paper deals with how to create and delete table lines automatically with macro-command.When necessary,table lines can be added or deleted automatically.This function overcomes the problems mentioned,so that Lotus-123 can process table conveniently.By using this method,a variety of tables can be easily generated.This is also a good example for the readers who want to understand and use the key-macro function of Lotus-123.
