    AN AUTOMATICALLY GENERATING ALGORITHM OF TESTING POINT SET FOR MULTILAYER PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS

    • In light of the special conditions of Chinas PCB factories, a new algorithm for automatically generating the testing point set of the multilayer printed circuit board is presented in the paper. The algorithm produces the connected network information of the board first, and then selects the testing point set automatically based on the connected network information. The experimental results indicate that this algorithm has satisfactory effects and can resolve the problem of low efficiency and fallibility caused by manually generating testing point set.
