The Design of the Operating System KJOS

This paper describes the main idea in designing the operating system KJOS. KJOS is operating on the large-scale computer KJ8920, designed and implemented by China itself The feature in the functional design and the structural design is also mentioned. The compatibility of operating system, the portability method and the simulation method etc. are discussed in detail.
