Memory Management of MACH Operating System

Mach, designed by CMU, is a multiprocessor operating system with many new features and the applicability to various multiprocessor architectures. Memory management, an important component of Mach, impacts not only on the facilities provided by Mach, but also on the portability of the operating system. This paper introduces the design consideration and implementation issues of memory management in Mach.
