SOME KEY TECHNIQUES FOR DESIGNING CSCW SYSTEMS

Computer-Supported Cooperative Work （CSCW） reflects a change from usingcomputers to solve problems to using computers to facilitate human interaction. Thispaper introduces the concepts of CSCW, describes its present state, and discusses theproblems to be solved, with emphasis on human-computer interaction, concurrency control and collaboration management.
