Research on the Technique of Implementing OSI Protocol

Since implementing computer networks based on the OSI standards is the current netw- orking trends,it is worthwhile to do some research on the methodology of implementing OSI compu- ter networks In this paper,some design issues are discussed and some constructive opinions are prop- osed by the authors through their practice on the project of KDNEF,which is successfully running now in the Institute.
