OEC:An Object Oriented Expert System Construction Tool

This paper presents an object-oriented method for expert system construction,which provides the users with a unified environment to multiple knowledge representation forms and multiple problem solving methods,and paves the way for the combination of the simplicity and flexibility of the expert system construction tools.
