RRTL: A New Approach to Reducing Random Test Sequence Length

In this paper, a new approach named RRTL is proposed to red￣ random tot length.After finding worst faults in the circuit, optimum probability signals are applied to the circuit primary inputs so that the sequence length of these worst faults is reduced to the minimum. Thus test time will be shortened also.
