RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TEST AND MAINTENANCE BUS（TM-BUS）

Test and maintenance bus （TM-BUS） is one of the key techniques in the research of air-borne computer test technique. In this paper, the design of TM-BUS controller is introduced briefly, with emphasis on the implementation scheme of TM-BUS, the TM-BUS control management technique proposed, and the application of TM-BUS. The system with the test controller is running successfully, which indicates that the test controller has a correct function and high reliability and the TM-BUS control management technique proposed is correct.
