Problem-Solving Modeling: Developing the Deep Comprehension of Problem-Solving Tasks

Based on functional organization of PS （problem solving）, problem-solving modeling aims at constructing PS process models and the world models concerned in PS. The introduction of knowledgelevel analysis and the epistemological method based on problem reduction facilitate the exploitation of PS organization knowledge, especially the PS conceptaal models and the integration of deep and shallow reasoning. The deep comprehension of PS organization not only eahances PS performance, but also directs the acquisition of heuristic associations and fundamental knowledge.
