A PARALLEL EVALUATION METHOD FOR LINEAR RECURSIVE RULES

In this paper, we discuss the parallel processing for recursive rules in a deductive database. We propose a new principle of the parallel processing for recursive rules, give the definition of a so-called perfect linear recursive rule, and offer a parallel evaluation method for the perfect linear rules.
