DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DATABASE BASED CAD SOFTWARE SUPPORTING COOPERATIVE WORK

Most CAD systems support a single designer,but sometimes a design task needs to be done by a group of designers cooperatively.A CAD system should support cooperative work among designers to get high efficiency. Some coordination modules are added to an existing CAD system to support designers’ cooperative work.In this way,a cooperative structured modeling system CWMODEL（cooperative working MODEL） is constructed,which can shorten the design cycle.
