GWOOSE:An Object-Oriented Software Development Environment

Abstract:Based on the rich analisis and research of many object-oriented environments and lan-guages,the authors built the first object-oriented software development environment GWOOSE in China,It takes the object-oriented programming language Smalltalk as its kernel,and integrates many software developing tools,and provides broad and friendly supports for users to program,debug and run their software.The system is implemented in C programming language,and is easily transplanted.
