A Service Virtualization Mechanism for Business User Programming

In this paper, a service virtualization mechanism, called VINCA convergent service, is proposed to support business user programming.A “starting form business and IT perspectives and meeting-in-the-middle” approach for service virtualization is achieved by VINCA convergent service model, which makes it easy for business user to map business requirements into virtual services and shields the complexity of service computing.Lifecycle and usage pattern of VINCA convergent service are defined to direct the construction of VINCA convergent service unambiguously.After introducing the architecture of supporting system for VINCA convergent service, the application effect of VINCA convergent service mechanism is shown through a real world project called FLAME.
