Analysis and Prospect for Integrated Circuits Performance of Supercomputers

In this paper we analyse and summarize the performance of logical and memory integrated circuits used in current supercomputer systems. Furthermore, we give prospects for their developments and applications according to the requirements and characteristics of supercomputers.
