The Compiler System of Minisupercomputer and Machine Efficiency

The characteristics and functions of the software of the minisuper-computers are introduced in this paper The emphasis is put on the full utilization of the vectorization and parallelization of the FORTRAN compiler in order to achieve the high efficiency of user programs.
