The Design of Network Security Sublayer for Local Network in CIMS Environment

In this paper, based on the data communications protocol for providing the connectionless modenetwork service in MAP and the security architecture of OSI’s basic reference model, a network security sublayerin network layer is studied for the data secure transmission. The protocol process function and the format of protocol data unit are given, and the procedure of transmission and receiption are presented.
