The Model of Inexact Reasoning of Expert System in Mechanical Design

In the process of making decision in mechanical design,uncertainty and fuzziness usually exist in common.This paper generalizes Dempster-Shafer theory to fuzzy sets,and based on this generalization,implements a model of inexact reasoning to make decision in mechanical design.
