STUDY OF DIRECT 3-D RECONSTRUCTION

A direct 3-D image reconstruction method based on many-knot interpolatingspline and finite series-expansion technique is presented in this paper. On the basis ofthe method and a priori 3-D information about object function to be reconstructed, a reconstruction algorithm is developed. The problem of reducing the dimensionality of thesparse coefficient matrix is studied. Experimental results show that the method is effective.
