Design and Implementation of Concept Lexicon in Machine Translation System

The design and the implementation of the concept lexicon, an important knowledge source in machine translation system, is described in this paper. We discuss the issues of knowledge representation, lexicalstructures, and constitutions of every knowledge unit. A user interface for graph browsing and editing is also proposed in this paper.
