Implementation of a Words Library Object Based on Neural Net Representation

This paper begins with a brief description of the formal representation of Chinese character information input into a computer and the words library structure based on neural net rep- resentation.The implementation technique of the library structure is discussed in detail,resulting in a complete words library object.
