Chinese Character Information Processing and Data acquisition under UNIX Software Environment

In this paper,the approach to solve the problem of Chinese character processing and data acquisition under UNIX environment and system targets are presented.The main technical key-problems are analysed and some implementation methods are also presented.The software system(UE-CIPS 1.00)has been implemented and running normally on some computer systems,such as DUAL83 series,CTW-3300 series and AT&T's 3B series,and can be easily transfered to other computer systems with UNIX software environment.
