Computer Network Algorithm and Its Complexity Analysis for C³I System

The construction of a computer network algorithm architecture and its analysis method in the C³I system is very important for evaluating the performance of the system. In this paper, a computer network algorithm architecture and its complexity analysis method are discussed by introduction of the concept of gray-degree.
