The Framework to Construct Grid Computing GIS of Digital Irrigation

The system framework of irrigation grid computing GIS is presented in this paper, which includes information standard, criterion, and sharing of irrigated area, integration of spatial database and theme database, service architecture and application, etc. The irrigation database is integrated by adopting virtual database and federal database mechanism. In addition, the service of irrigation is divided into local service and cooperative service, which is registered in the computing node.
