RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN IMAGE RETRIEVAL ALGORITHM BASED ON MULTIPLE DOMINANT COLORS

In content based image retrieval,color is the feature that can be easily taken,and dominant color reflects the general situation of an image.An algorithm of image retrieval based on multiple dominant colors is put forward in the paper.With this method,users can specify several dominant colors of an image that they want to query,and retrieve by extending these dominant colors to get better retrieval effect.
