THE SCCM PARALLEL COMPUTATION MODEL AND ALGORITHM OPTIMIZATION IN IT
This paper proposes a new parallel computation model, the SCCM model, for multicomputers that use synchronous unbuffered interprocessor communication. Design examples of broadcast and ART image reconstruction algorithms in the SCCM model are given. We have also implemented an ART algorithm in a multitransputers system.
