A USER ORIENTED METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING ENTERPRISES INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Information systems （IS） are attracting more and more attention in enterprises under the computer integrated manufacturing （CIM） environment.This paper analyzes the problems of applying IS in enterprises.A user oriented （U O） method for constructing enterprises IS is proposed.The U O method focusses on comprehensive analysis of the whole life circle of objects in real systems and the relations between the objects, so that the end users can modify the application systems easily to meet the dynamic change of information requirements from real systems.The software structure of the U O method is discussed.Finally,a case using the U O method is described.
