A STUDY OF HISTORICAL DATABASES FOR DECISION MAKING

A method of handling historical data is established in the paper. Then some properties of operators in the method are discussed. Especially, the tolerance between forecast result and the corresponding premonitor, and the allowableness of forecast results are defined.
