An Expert System of Forecasting the Rainstorms in Yueyang District

This paper presents the architecture,knowledge base structure and inference mechanism of the Yueyang District rainstorm forecasting expert system,which was built by using the normal infe- rence engine of the expert system development Environment “Heaven Steed”。
