Research on Measuring Methods for the Dynamical Characteristics of High Performance Optical Disks

The factors that influence the axial deflection are analyzed thoroughly in this paper Based on the analysis, the mathematical model of axial deflection of the optical disks is built up The requirement that should be met for all the measuring methods are proposed Some existing measuring methods are studied from the viewpoint of precision A novel measuring method based on the laser triangle method is proposed Finally, the measuring results and the results analysis are also given
