Fast Decoding Method for DBEC/TBED Reed-Solomon Code

A new fast R-S code decoding method to correct double byte error and detect triplebyte error is introduced in this paper. The method can achieve high decoding speed, so this technologycan be used in the fields of correcting errors in the byte-organized storage system.
