Abstract

In this paper, the origin, basic principle and development of CIM techniques are introduced briefly.The importance to apply CIM techniques to electronic products manufacturing is analysed.A CIMS architecture model for electronic products manufacturing is presented.And some key problems in implementing the CIMS are discussed.
