A Multicast Routing Algorithm Based on Transient Chaotic Neural Networks

The problem of multicast routing with end to end delay constraints in high speed packet switched networks is studied A multicast network model and its mathematical model are discussed, and then a new algorithm based on transient chaotic neural networks is proposed The results show the proposed algorithm is both fast and effective to achieve multicast routing, and more optimal in both computational performance and the quality of solution than that based on Hopfield neural networks
