STUDY AND PRACTICE OF KEY TECHNOLOGIES OF GEOMETRIC CONSTRAINT DRIVEN FUNCTION IN TRADITIONAL DRAFTING SYSTEMS

In order to develop geometric constraint driven function which brings the designer a smart method of parametric design in traditional drafting systems,several important issues including geometric data transfering and recognization,representation,filtration,and solution of geometric constraints are discussed systematically in the paper.Some realization methods are given,which prove to be effective in practical drafting systems.And especially the original creative recognization of constraints is presented.
