THE DISCUSSION ON THE MEMORY STRUCTURE BASED ON SCHEMATIC MEMORY

A memory model based on schematic memory is presented in this paper. The structure and operation algorithm of IME （intelligent memory element）, and the essential unit of this model are discussed in detail. The memory structure constructed by IME is an open storage structure, which can implement some properties of memory such as hierarchy, semantics, dynamics, and fuzziness, and provides the necessary information for associative memory mechanism based on this memory structure.
