    A FANOUT SOURCE BASED FAULT PARALLELISM FAULT SIMULATOR FOR SYNCHRONOUS SEQUENTIAL CIRCUITS

    • Parallel fault based fault simulator accords better with the results of actual application in project. So it is necessary to develop a fast parallel fault based fault simulator. Presented and implemented in this paper is a fanout source based fault parallelism fault simulator for synchronous sequential circuits. It combines the extended fanout source fault simulation method and the critical path tracing algorithm. The experimental results on ISCAS89 show that the fault simulator has good performance.
