On Processing Technique of Inputting Phrases

Processing technique of inputting phrases is a new technique. The technique may be summarized as follows: phrases code,design of phrases library, phrases processing program and generator of phrases library. At first, this paper introduces general phrases codes, and then, points out a simplified phrases code. Taking the code as an example,the paper detailes the design of phrases library, phrases processing program and generator of phrases library.
