Analysis and Application of Programmable Precision Monolithic Reference SW431
On the basis of the measured parameters for structure and electrical characteristics, an exhaustive analysis of the SW 431 is made in this paper. Its applications in shunt regulator, series pass regulator and switching mode power supply are briefly presented.
