EASYCODE——An Application Development Environment Making Microcomputers More Intelligent

EASYCODE is an integrated and intelligent applications development environment implemented on microcomputers.The application development cycle comprises only three phases,i.e.application definition,generation and execution.As a consequence,orders of magnitude improvement in software productivity can be achieved.This paper gives a brief overview of the EASYCODE environment and its functions,discusses how to attain the tool integration through concept integration and how to make EASYCODE more intelligent,and emphasizes the important role of activity and form dicetionaries.
